The University of Karbala signs a twinning and joint cooperation agreement with Al-Taf University CollegeBased on the principle of scientific cooperation and exchange of experiences, the University of Karbala, represented by the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Najm Abdul Hussein, signed a twinning and joint cooperation agreement with Al-Taf College, the National University, represented by its Dean, Professor Dr. Karim Mazal Al-Saadi.The agreement aims to enhance scientific and cultural cooperation, build solid bonds between different educational institutions, and exchange experiences in all fields, as well as providing opportunities for students and academics to participate in exchange programs and joint research projects.The agreement included several items, most notably cooperation in developing plans and unifying scientific curricula for corresponding specializations, holding development courses and workshops for teachers, in addition to joint work in scientific research.This initiative comes in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Education, which seeks, within its goals, to expand the horizons of scientific cooperation between institutions and provide mutual support from expertise and scientific laboratories. The University of Karbala represents the comprehensive scientific umbrella that directs, monitors and supports scientific institutions in the governorate, and it embodied this through a series of cooperation mechanisms that it previously signed with different universities.
