The lecturer at the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ayed Hamid Hassan Lajja, chaired the discussion of a doctoral thesis in the Department of Life Sciences at the College of Science at the University of Karbala, entitled (Evaluation of some hormonal and molecular factors in women who suffer from recurrent miscarriage and receive the drug dydrogesterone in Karbala Governorate) by researcher: Zahraa Jasib. Hamid, accompanied by a good group of distinguished professors.
The study presented by the researcher aimed to evaluate some hormonal and molecular factors in women who suffer from recurrent miscarriage and receive the drug dydrogesterone and their association with recurrent miscarriage and the effect of this drug on the gene expression of progesterone receptors.
At the end of the discussion, the scientific committee took all the efforts made by the researcher to defend her thesis and approved the thesis to obtain a doctorate degree in the field of life sciences with distinction. Congratulations to the student, to the University of Karbala, and to the discussion committee for their scientific achievement.
