The College of Education for Humanities at the University of Karbala discussed a doctoral thesis entitled (The Role of the People of the House (peace be upon them) in confronting the destructive intellectual movements of (203-260 AH/818-873 AD), submitted by researcher Abbas Ali Hussein.
The study aimed to know the role of the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in confronting destructive intellectual movements during the period from (203 – 260 AH / 818 – 873 AD).
The study concluded that the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) played a pivotal role in confronting the destructive intellectual movements that spread in their era.
The study showed that the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) were role models in knowledge, understanding, piety, and behavior.
