The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a training course on developing legal skills with the participation of a number of college employees and professors.
The course aimed to make all public service employees familiar with legal aspects, develop their legal skills, and understand their rights and duties
The course included several topics, including an explanation of the controls of the State and Public Sector Employees’ Discipline Law No. (14) of 1991 and the Professional Conduct Regulations, as well as the State and Public Sector Employees’ Salaries Law No. 22 of 2008.
