The College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala has begun working on the Smart Karbala application of the Karbala Governorate under the guidance of the Dean of the College and the follow-up of the Citizens Affairs Unit to provide services to our dear students. The application allows employee and student users to classify their comments and submit all their requests, such as requests for graduation approval, complaints, suggestions, etc. And sending it supported by audio and video, in addition to following up on the procedures taken with the requests in real time.
It is worth noting that the Smart Karbala application is an interactive application that enables its users to communicate with the relevant authorities at the university and all governorate departments for the purpose of receiving complaints, submitting suggestions, overcoming obstacles, and following up on inquiries to support and care for the citizen affairs sector at the university and in all service departments in Karbala governorate.
