The College of Pharmacy at the University of Karbala organized a course on developing specialized skills with the participation of a group of college employees.
The course, in which Assistant Professor Mazen Hamid Odeh lectured, aimed to provide the participants from the teaching and administrative staff with the necessary skills for development in their field of specialization.
The course included an explanation of the mechanisms of positive motivation and ways to achieve a balance between work and specialized skills in a way that contributes to improving the quality of performance, as well as introducing participants to some practical applications necessary to enable employees to reach a high level of readiness in their field of specialization.
