The College of Pharmacy at the University of Karbala organized a training course on developing human resources in line with the change in organizational structures, in which the official of the Studies and Planning Division, Fadel Najm Raheef Al-Tarfi, lectured.
The course aimed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to organizational changes and improve human resources management.
The course dealt with strategies for adapting to changes in organizational structures, developing core competencies, and enhancing job performance. It also focused on the importance of strategic planning and change management to ensure improving the quality of work and raising the efficiency of performance in the college.
