The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a scientific workshop on the development of administrative and financial skills, in which Dr. Sadiq Abbas Rahi lectured.
The symposium included several topics, including the topic of preparing budgets, explaining their meaning and the most important steps for preparing them, as well as the topic of control and auditing, which dealt with the historical development of auditing and its definition. It also touched on the objectives and types of auditing and the most important recognized standards, addressing the regulations and laws that regulate the auditing profession in Iraq.
