A doctoral thesis at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the distinguished abilities in terms of professional growth and organizational performance among the presidents and members of boxing sub-federations from the point of view of coaches and players.
The thesis submitted by student Raad Qasim Abd aimed to build a measure of the distinguished capabilities of the presidents and members of the boxing sub-federations from the point of view of coaches and players.
The thesis recommended the necessity of adopting the distinguished capabilities scale, which was built by the researcher as a means of evaluation, which is consistent with and comes close to the level of administrative performance of the target sample.
