The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored three winners of the Iraqi Researcher Award, in which a group of female teachers with scientific specializations in Iraqi universities competed.
During the honoring, which took place in the presence of the Director General of the Research and Development Department, Dr. Lubna Khamis Mahdi, the Minister of Education praised the level of women’s participation in the specialized scientific field, the contribution to global publishing, and the strengthening of academic research areas in the university environment, stressing that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research works according to a vision based on the government program and strategy. The National School of Education in Iraq regarding developing scientific research and stimulating innovation.
He added that intensifying areas of scientific research gives important impetus to accelerate the wheel of development and provides solutions to problems and challenges related to the path of sustainable development and its local and global goals.
