The College of Dentistry at Karbala University organized a workshop entitled (Dentistry and Artificial Intelligence) as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, presented by Assistant Lecturer Mothna Hamza Hussein in the continuing education hall at the college, attended by a group of faculty and students.
The aim of the workshop was to clarify the role of artificial intelligence in improving diagnosis and treatment in dentistry, enhancing the efficiency of healthcare, as well as raising awareness of its importance and encouraging the adoption of future technologies.
The workshop included a definition of artificial intelligence and its role in health and dentistry, along with a review of its most important applications such as automated diagnosis, orthodontics and dental implants, and patient interaction, in addition to highlighting leading companies and the future of artificial intelligence in improving healthcare.
