The College of Dentistry at Karbala University honored its female students who participated in the activities of the University Festival for Plastic Arts for both male and female students, namely Zahra Haidar Adnan and Ola Mohammed Mahdi, with a certificate of thanks and appreciation for achieving sixth place in the festival.
The two students participated in the festival with a distinguished collection of diverse artworks, which included realistic and abstract paintings and portraits, embodying themes of landscapes and Iraqi heritage, using various types of colors, such as oil and pencil.
The festival aimed to promote artistic and cultural values among students, encourage them to develop their creative skills, create a platform for showcasing their artworks, and interact with other artists to gain experiences in the field of plastic arts.
It is worth noting that the festival was organized by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research at the Middle Euphrates Technical University in Najaf Governorate, with the participation of more than 50 government and private Iraqi universities and colleges, and in the presence of prominent academic figures.
