The College of Dentistry signed a joint scientific cooperation agreement with the Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy at Karbala University on Monday, February 17, 2025, at the College of Dentistry’s deanship.
The agreement aims to enhance scientific and academic cooperation among the three colleges, as well as to develop educational and research programs and strengthen integration among the medical specialties at Karbala University.
The agreement included plans to unify the common study curricula among the colleges, joint supervision of student graduation projects, as well as the exchange of academic expertise and the organization of workshops and scientific courses that contribute to raising the level of education and training for faculty members and students of the colleges, in addition to exchanging administrative experiences regarding the quality of education, laboratories, and institutional accreditation.
It is worth noting that this agreement is part of Karbala University’s strategy to enhance cooperation among different medical specialties, contributing to achieving sustainable development goals in the higher education and health sectors.
