The College of Dentistry Council at the University of Kerbala held its sixth session for the current academic year on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Raouf Rashid Al-Tameh, with the presence of the Deputy Deans and all council members from the heads of the college’s scientific branches.
The meeting included discussions on several important matters, including the adoption of a specialized journal for the college focusing on oral and dental medicine and basic sciences. The council also emphasized complete readiness and preparation of all necessities for conducting the final ministerial evaluation exams, especially since the college is considered the main examination center in the holy governorate of Karbala and oversees other private colleges in the area.
The head of the Quality Assurance Division in the college was invited to discuss the performance evaluations of the college’s faculty members according to the new standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education for the year 2024-2025, as well as to discuss the institutional accreditation of the college and the completion of all related requirements.
