The College of Nursing at the University of Karbala organized a workshop on the role of the Integrity Commission in combating administrative and financial corruption, with the participation of a group of researchers and specialists.
The workshop, in which Professor Dr. Ali Karim and Assistant Lecturer Nihad Abdel Hamid lectured, aimed to introduce participants to the role of the Integrity Commission in reducing cases of corruption and the importance of protecting society from it.
The workshop included an explanation of the causes of administrative corruption, its types, ways to combat it, and the factors that help its growth within institutions.
The workshop called for the necessity of activating laws related to combating corruption, while developing and activating the supervisory role, in addition to paving the way for the media to exercise its true role in exposing corruption and the corrupt.
