A master’s thesis at the College of Law at the University of Karbala discussed the role of the traffic plan in criminal proof, a comparative study.
The study presented by student Fahd Adel Shaghaidan aims to address and explain the important measures taken by the traffic police immediately after the occurrence of most traffic accidents.
The study concluded that the work of the traffic plan by the traffic officer and in accordance with an official legal report, through which the reality of the accident is revealed and represents a comprehensive and accurate expression of it.
