A master’s thesis at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the complementary relationship between legal consideration and formative facts in Imami jurisprudence.
The study presented by the student Muhammad Abdel Abbas Jawad aimed to clarify the nature of the legal consideration at the level of theorizing, rooting, and defining.
The study concluded that the legal consideration is a system for maintaining the perfections inherent in the horizon of the world of formation, and that the path of perfection, even if it is not declared in the words of the great and legendary fundamentalists, is the benefit of their words and conclusions.
