A study at the College of Management and Economics at the University of Karbala discussed the role of servant leadership in improving the quality of services – an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of workers at the Al-Salam Health Center in Al-Hay district in Wasit Governorate.

The study presented by student Hamid Khudair aimed to identify the role of servant leadership in improving the quality of services from the point of view of workers at Al Salam Health Center in Al Hay district in Wasit Governorate.
The study concluded that there is a positive correlation and influence between servant leadership and the quality of services, and that the leadership style is clearly influential in motivating employees and improving their performance.
The study recommended the necessity of establishing a culture of servant leadership among managers and departments and urging them to adopt this leadership style to motivate and empower workers, enhance their efficiency, and increase their productivity and eagerness, leading to improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
