A master’s thesis at the College of Law at the University of Karbala discussed the impact of an illegal administrative decision on the employee’s legal status, submitted by student Zuhair Abbas Abdel Kadhim.
The study aimed to demonstrate the impact that the illegal decision has on the legal status of the public employee.
The study concluded that acquired rights are one of the principles related to the stability of transactions and other results.
The study recommended the importance of working to include administrative heads who have the right to issue administrative decisions in intensive courses to avoid issuing illegal decisions.
