The College of Dentistry participated in the art exhibition organized by the Women’s Empowerment Division at the University of Karbala in the corridors of the College of Education for Pure Sciences to support Palestinian women, with the participation of male and female students from the colleges of the University of Karbala and in the presence of a number of deans, professors and employees of the colleges.
The exhibition included artistic paintings that showed the courage of Palestinian women and their standing in the face of difficult circumstances resulting from the Israeli bombing of the Gaza Strip areas. The participants stressed the importance of the Palestinian people obtaining their usurped rights, including their right to self-determination and to live in lasting peace.
The University of Karbala witnessed the organization of many activities in support of the Palestinian cause, which confirm that Iraq is a state and a people that will always stand by the Palestinian people.
