Lecturer Abeer Adnan Al-Safi from the University of Karbala participated in the ninth international conference that dealt with current issues of languages, “Linguistics, Translation and Literature,” which was held at the University of the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The participation was represented by her research titled (The significance of the style of presentation and its values in the Holy Qur’anic text), in which she explained the significance of presentation and delay in light of the Quranic texts and explained the concept of the movement of the structural order according to the tools of style in the Quranic text.
The research dealt with the connotations of introduction and delay according to grammarians and rhetoricians, and highlighted their statements and their aspects in light of the purpose of the speech and the statement of the meaning of the text, considering that the use of linguistic connotations is an important aspect of rhetoric.
