Karbala Satellite Channel conducted a live interview with Assistant Professor Dr. Raouf Rashid Ali Tohme, Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala, on the Karbala Morning program and in the Sada Al-Universities segment, this morning, Monday, 02-12-2024, in the college’s educational medical clinics.
The meeting reviewed a number of topics related to the reality of the college, its goals, and its mission. It also touched on the developments witnessed by the educational medical clinics in the college since its establishment until now to meet the growing need for therapeutic and advisory medical services provided to the citizens of the Holy Karbala Governorate, as the educational medical clinics are concerned with the clinical aspect for students in the fourth and fifth stages. At the same time, medical services are provided to all citizens at nominal prices in the field of dental treatment, while spreading the health culture in the field of oral and dental medicine to the community.
In this context, the Dean commented, saying: “The College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala is a scientific institution that was and still is fully connected with the state’s service institutions, especially the great importance that the college represents in supplying the health institutions in Karbala with qualified medical cadres of dentists.” At the end of the meeting, he thanked Mr. Brigadier General Karbala Satellite Channel staff for their interest in being an important media platform at the governorate level.
