The Creativity Investigation Committee at the University of Karbala organized a workshop on the mechanisms for nominating competent and creative employees for the “National Career Day” award in its sixth season. Professor Dr. Laith Al-Qarawi, Chairman of the Creativity Investigation Committee at the University of Karbala, lectured in it, and it was attended by members of the committee, assistant deans of colleges, and heads of scientific and administrative departments in various departments. The workshop came as part of the university’s preparation to nominate distinguished employees from its administrative and teaching cadres for the “National Job Day” award in its sixth season. The workshop’s topics included introducing the attendees to the mechanisms used to nominate a distinguished employee for the “National Job Day” award and the conditions that must be met.
The “National Job Day” festival, which will be launched at the beginning of next March under the patronage of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, aims to reveal national job competencies in various Iraqi ministries and bodies. The festival’s prizes will be distributed among (10) categories of distinguished employees for their administrative, scientific, humanitarian, creative, heroic, and other work. The nominated employees will receive valuable material and moral awards.
