Dr. Khaled Aliwi Al-Ardawi, a lecturer at the College of Law at the University of Karbala, participated with a research team in writing a historical encyclopedia under the title (Iraq…Two Burning Decades: The Reproduction of Crises. The Refusal of Solutions).
The encyclopedia touched on multiple aspects of Iraq’s history in the last two decades, since the American occupation of Iraq in 2003 until the present.
Dr. Al-Ardawi’s participation was through the preparation of the seventeenth chapter in the fourth section of the third volume, in which he touched on the Popular Mobilization Forces since the issuance of the fatwa on the Sufficient Jihad by the Grand Ayatollah Sistani (may his life be long), passing through the stages of establishing the Mobilization Forces, its strategic importance, and its combat roles.
The encyclopedia was issued by the Al-Rafidain Dialogue Center as part of its publications for the year 2024.
