The Human Resources Division at the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala organized a workshop entitled (Mechanism for Calculating Contract Service and Holders of Postgraduate Certificates) in the College’s Continuing Education Hall, in which the Assistant Lecturer Haider Nihad Abdel Hamid and Mr. Muhannad Qasim Kazem lectured, in the presence of a group of the College’s employees and teachers. .
The workshop aims to introduce the college’s employees, including contract employees and teachers, holders of advanced degrees, and the first graduates appointed to the college’s permanent staff, to the mechanism of calculating and adding previous service to appoint them to the college’s staff for the purposes of bonuses, promotions, and retirement.
The workshop included introducing attendees to the mechanism for calculating and adding the service, clarifying all the official books and documents required to be submitted for their previous medications, as well as clarifying the retirement deductions and deductions resulting from adding the service, along with an explanation of the annual bonuses and job grade due after adding the service.
