The College of Science at the University of Karbala organized a training course on quality management and institutional accreditation with the participation of a group of college employees and lectured by teacher Haider Jaber Jassim and assistant teacher Haitham Fadel Abdel Hassan.
The three-day course aimed to clarify the concept of quality management and the international standards of the ISO organization.
The course included clarifying ways to improve the management situation in the College of Science in order to achieve progress towards institutional and programmatic accreditation, and clarifying the ISO 17025 standard specifications and the requirements for the quality management system with regard to the field of technical calibration related to the performance efficiency of laboratories in implementing measurement and calibration activities.
