The course on the crime of embezzlement and its impact on the Iraqi economy was concluded at the College of Law at the University of Karbala, with the participation of a number of college employees and teachers.
The course aimed to raise awareness and educate students about the dangers and effects of the crime of embezzlement and the extent of its impact on Iraqi society.
The course addressed the definition of the crime of embezzlement, its elements, the penalties imposed on it, and an explanation of the administrative impact on state employees who commit these crimes and the constitutional protection of the public employee.
The course recommended the importance of educating employees about the dangers of crime and its impact on their work life in order to limit its spread in the public interest.
