A master’s thesis at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the expressive implications of body verses in the Holy Qur’an, submitted by the student Duaa Jabbar Obaid.
The importance of the topic lies in the fact that it links the Holy Qur’an with man and how the Holy Qur’an expressed it about man, especially with regard to the verses about the body.
The study aimed to identify the suggestive meanings behind the movements of the human body’s organs in the Holy Qur’an and to demonstrate the superiority of Islamic law in dealing with humans.
The study demonstrated the greatness of the Creator and his miraculous ability in creating man and the graphic secrets contained in this creation, by clarifying the benefits of the organs of the human body and the ability of each of these organs to perform many tasks.
