Dr. Shahad Kazem Hamid, a lecturer at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, participated in the electronic registration arbitration session organized by the Central Volleyball Federation in the People’s Sports Hall in the capital, Baghdad.
The four-day session was attended by the President of the Iraqi Volleyball Federation, Dr. Habib Ali Taher.
The course aimed to referee electronically through the use of a volleyball refereeing program, which is a relatively new system in Iraq.
At the conclusion of the course, the teacher was honored with an arbitration certificate in electronic arbitration.
