In implementation of the regulatory path adopted by the Iraqi government, headed by the Prime Minister, Mr. Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani, and in accordance with the direct directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has initiated a package of procedures for the retirees, in coordination with the National Retirement Authority.
Today, Thursday, corresponding to 3/16/2023, the Ministry of Education witnessed the handing over of a retired employee his retirement identity on the same day he reached the legal age, and all procedures related to receiving his financial dues were completed.
The ceremony of handing over the first retirement identity according to the (package of procedures for the retirees segment) was attended by the Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department at the Ministry of Education, Dr. Asaad Ghani Jihad, and the assistant head of the National Retirement Authority, Mr. Hussam Abdel Sattar Khamas, and his accompanying team, and they confirmed that the choice of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for this project Being up-to-date with all required data, information bases and service books.
