A study at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala discussed the impact of school leadership quality standards on creative performance.
The study, which was presented by student Muntaha Abbas Yousef, aimed to reveal the availability of quality standards for school leadership among the study sample, as well as revealing the enjoyment of creative performance by secondary/preparatory education teachers.
The study concluded that there is a causal relationship between school leadership quality standards and creative performance, as any improvement in the level of application of school leadership quality standards will most often be reflected in an increase in the level of creative performance of teaching staff by adopting new means and methods in teaching.
The study recommended the importance of spreading the culture of comprehensive quality in schools among administrative and supervisory leaders.
