A doctoral thesis at the College of Law, University of Karbala, discussed the legal system of private real estate ownership in the state, submitted by researcher Muhammad Jamil Farhan.
The study aimed to shed light on the state’s legal system of private property and examine it from several aspects.
The study concluded that acquiring private real estate ownership for the state occurs regularly, such as purchase, barter, attachment, pre-emption, gifts, and bequests.
