A doctoral thesis at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the ability to classify distinguished and non-distinguished referees through the arbitration form prepared by the Central Iraqi Volleyball Federation.

The thesis submitted by student Sarmad Abdel Redha aimed to build a legal knowledge test and a measure of emotional traits, as well as identifying the discriminatory connotations and identifying the classification of judges and odds ratios.

The thesis recommended the necessity of relying on the variables involved in discriminant analysis, as well as applying this method to other sports.
