The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, agreed to treat critical cases of students in the first round of final exams at universities.
The text of the decision stated that college and institute councils were empowered to grant specific remedial grades to universities after the end of the first round exams (for the annual and semester systems and courses) for the purpose of changing the student’s status from failure to success or reducing the number of academic subjects in which the student failed.
