Members of the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala took the written exam necessary to pass the administrative and legal skills development course that was held at the college with the aim of administrative and legal education for them, and so that they would know their duties and rights.
The course included two main axes. The first is the administrative axis to explain and clarify the most important administrative instructions and controls, with a focus on the educational aspect of the administrative axis to create a successful educational administrative family that loves work and seeks to make the work of the educational institution successful. The second axis is the legal axis regarding the Civil Service Law and the details of promotions. Promotions, bonuses, the penal code, investigative committees, and others.
The course recommended the need to pay attention to the moral and humanitarian aspects of dealing with employees in parallel with the administrative and legal aspects. The course also recommended that every administrator in the college be a leader in his field of work rather than a manager.
