A doctoral thesis at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the effect of the Adelson model using enrichment activities on the cognitive achievement and skill performance of the side and upward punches in boxing for students.
The thesis submitted by student Zaid Ali aimed to prepare a measure of cognitive achievement for the skills of the side and upward punches and their defenses in boxing for students.
The thesis recommended the necessity of using the educational curriculum according to the Adelson model in learning technical performance and the accuracy of other basic skills in boxing.
