The Deanship of the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala participated in the ceremony honoring the “exemplary female student in Iraqi universities,” which was organized by the Women’s Media Division of the General Secretariat of the Holy Imam Hussein Shrine, in the presence of university presidents, college deans, and religious figures.
This competition is one of the educational and moral initiatives organized by the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine of Hussein. With the aim of encouraging female students to be modest on campus, the female students who won first places were honored by traveling to visit Imam Ali bin Musa Al-Rida (peace be upon him), in addition to honoring (198) female students with various blessed gifts presented by the Holy Hussein Shrine.
The conclusion of the ceremony witnessed the honoring of the personalities and institutions that contributed to the success of the competition, which included the Deanship of the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala, in addition to a group of professors, women and students.
