The College of Dentistry at Karbala University held a workshop titled “The Mechanism for Evaluating the Performance of Faculty and Staff According to the Updated Forms for the Academic Year 2023-2024,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Ali Mahmoud Rishan in the Continuing Education Hall, attended by a group of faculty members and staff.
The workshop, aimed at the college’s staff, aimed to clarify all the aspects related to the updated performance evaluation forms for the academic year 2023-2024, and to provide comprehensive insights into the controls and procedures associated with performance evaluation to ensure the highest quality standards and contribute to achieving the strategic goals of the college.
The workshop included encouraging attendees to publish in Scopus and Clarivate journals, as well as discussing the mechanism of electronic surveys in evaluating faculty members by students, in addition to the role of the Scientific Integrity Committee for research and its mechanism in evaluating faculty performance, as well as clarifying the role of file auditing committees and objection committees.
