The College of Dentistry at Karbala University organized a workshop titled “The Importance of Clinical Chemistry in Dentistry,” presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Fatima Sahib Abdul Mohsen and fifth-year student Abdullah Salman in the college’s conference hall, with the attendance of a group of students.
The workshop targeted second-year students to introduce them to the role and importance of clinical chemistry in the field of oral and dental medicine as a diagnostic tool.
The workshop included informing students about the most important clinical tests used as diagnostic means for oral and dental diseases, and how to interpret those biomarkers in cases of their levels being above or below the normal ranges to achieve a positive result that ensures oral and dental health.
