The College of Dentistry at the University of Kerbala concluded the final match of the student football championship organized among the academic stages. The final match was between the fourth-year team and the first-year team. Throughout the two halves of the match, the fourth-year students clearly dominated the game and delivered an outstanding performance, ending the match with a victory for the fourth-year team by three goals to one against the first-year team.
The College of Dentistry team is preparing to compete in the University President’s Cup next week against teams from the colleges of the University of Karbala, aiming to win the University President’s Cup 2025.
This championship is one of the extracurricular activities regularly held by the College of Dentistry for students to provide a break from the study environment, as continuing sports activities can enhance students’ scientific and academic abilities.
