The Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Karbala organized a field visit to Al-Zahraa Al-Quranic Private School, under the supervision of the teacher, Dr. Shaima Fadl Mohsen, and with the participation of fifth-grade students.
The visit included teaching the children the principles of general health and the importance of dental hygiene and taking care of them by brushing their teeth daily, teaching them how to maintain them, and displaying an awareness video about the importance of healthy food for strengthening and growing teeth, as well as examining the teeth for all school students and documenting cases of teeth in need of treatment by preparing documentation papers A case sheet for each student that includes the case of the teeth that need treatment, as well as an invitation to the families of students who need treatment in the college’s teaching hospital.
