The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the College of Engineering at Karbala University organized a scientific visit to the gas power station in Babil Governorate.
The visit, which was organized by the students of the second stage, aims to enrich the applied side for them and enable them to see closely how the parts of the station work, as well as the possibility of overcoming the difficulties that they may face in the future.
The station manager received the students, accompanied by a number of engineers, who gave a detailed explanation of the mechanism of electric power generation, in addition to explaining the process of converting energy through transformers to the places of consumption.
The Deanship of the College of Engineering seeks to continue efforts and motivate to perpetuate the momentum of the collaborative practical movement that contributes to developing the educational process and providing the best for students at all stages.
