History will remain a witness that Iraq is the one who taught mankind the first letter, and it is the cradle of civilizations and its first incubator over time, no matter how many tribulations and misfortunes befell it, and no matter how experts try to undermine its scientific reputation, and it is not surprising that it returns to its supremacy and primacy in all aspects of life, and Karbala will remain a beacon of knowledge And scientists and a bright beacon that inspires its lovers with lessons of sacrifice, giving, and knowledge of the blessings of the master of the martyrs, Imam Hussein and his brother, Abi Al-Fadl Al-Abbas, peace be upon them both, and the University of Karbala will remain a scientific edifice that is referred to by the efforts of its presidency, professors, and supporting cadres who continue to move at a steady pace to make it at the forefront of scientific edifices.
Iraq will return to its previous era, to lead the cities of science and knowledge inevitably.
