A dissertation in the Faculty of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala discussed the impact of strategic behavior on the quality of banking service in the Rafidain Bank, while recommending the development of work and training programs for leaders in the bank in question to develop knowledge and lay solid foundations in facing challenges.
The thesis presented by the student, Muhammad Tariq Jassem Al-Rubaie, was titled “The Impact of Strategic Behavior on the Quality of Banking Service: The Interactive Role of Strategic Vigilance – An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Administrative Leaders at Al-Rafidain Bank.”
It came with the aim of testing the relationship and identifying the interactive role played by the strategic vigilance between strategic behavior and the quality of banking service in the researched entity represented by Al-Rafidain Bank.
In measuring the strategic behavior variable, the researcher relied on the model (Miles & Snow 1987), as this variable included four sub-dimensions: prospective behavior, defensive behavior, analyzed behavior, and responsive behavior).
The study concluded that the study sample bank is interested in applying and implementing strategies and policies of strategic vigilance in the field, which contributed to enhancing the impact of strategic behavior on the quality of banking service, while it recommended paying great and wide attention to the variables used in the current study and developing special work and training programs for leaders in the bank in question to develop knowledge. and laying solid foundations in facing the challenges.
