Do not brush your teeth before using it.
Remove the top and bottom tape from their packaging.
Cut each strip to the exact height of your teeth.
Peel off the plastic covering the sticky layer.
Place each slice gently on your teeth. Avoid letting the strips touch your gums.
Leave the strips on your teeth for the number of minutes listed on the box (usually 5 minutes or less).
Remove the strips.
Rinse your mouth with water or coconut oil.
Do not brush your teeth for at least two hours.
Repeat up to twice a day, do not exceed the number of days recommended on the box.
