A PhD thesis at the College of Business and Economics at the University of Karbala discussed the essential capabilities of human resources and their impact on product quality.
The study aimed to determine the impact of the essential capabilities of human resources in its dimensions: (knowledge, skill, commitment) in achieving product quality through the interactive role of quality of work life.
The study found a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of an impact of the essential capabilities of human resources on the quality of the product individually and collectively through the interactive role of the quality of work life.
The study recommended the need to increase attention to the variables of the study by focusing on developing and developing the skills and capabilities of working individuals and creating an appropriate organizational climate that enhances their loyalty to the company and contributes to motivating them to achieve high performance.
