A PhD thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the effect of strength training with increased nervous activation and plyometrics with electrical stimulation on the physical variables of the stages of running and completing the 100m men.
The thesis presented by researcher Saber Hussain Mutlaq came with the aim of identifying strength training with increased nervous stimulation and electrical stimulation and its impact on the special physical capabilities of the stages of running and completing the 100m men.
In his study, the researcher used the experimental approach, as the research community included (12) runners from the Iraqi elite in this sport.
The thesis recommended the need to pay attention to training with increased nervous activation in the development of special physical capabilities for the stages of running and completing the 100m men. The study also recommended speed trainers to take the approach that was prepared.
