Treatment steps
The treatment takes place in two stages, which are as follows:
- The first stage
The doctor places a mold of wax in the patient’s mouth to measure the size of the teeth, then sends it to the laboratory to manufacture dental scales. - The second stage
After two to four weeks, the scales are ready, then the doctor examines the scales on the patient’s teeth to make sure that they are suitable in terms of size and color, then he installs them and shines x-rays on them until they are fixed, after that the doctor cleans the teeth and removes the impurities that appear during the operation.
This procedure does not require anesthesia, and if necessary, it is performed under local anesthesia only.
