The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the issuance of an administrative order directly to female holders of doctoral, master’s and diploma degrees who were appointed under Ministerial Order 842 on 6/4/2023 within the formations indicated in the order and the list published on the Ministry’s official website (www.mohesr.gov.iq) .
