The President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saeedi, was briefed on the course of the competitive exam for master’s and doctoral degrees in (15) colleges for the academic year 2023-2024.
The tour was accompanied by the assistants of the administrative and scientific president of the university, Prof. Akram Mohsen Al-Yasiri, Prof. Dr. Najm Abdel-Hussein, the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, Dr. Fadel Al-Musawi, and the Director of the Graduate Studies Department, Dr. Hassan Al-Taie.
The inspection tour included a number of university faculties, including the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the College of Nursing and Engineering, the College of Education for Pure Sciences, the College of Education for Humanities and the College of Law.
During his tour, Al-Saeedi praised the organizational efforts undertaken by the university’s faculties to facilitate the competitive exam, in which 2507 male and female students from inside Iraq participated.
And Al-Saidi indicated the determination of the academic staff at the university to make the competitive exam a success and to pay attention to everything that is in the public interest of applicants for master’s and doctoral degrees.
